ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief.

2. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the suit in O.S. No.52 of 2007, pending on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Hosur. As seen from the Civil Revision Petition, the stage of the suit is for framing of additional issues. According to the petitioner, several adjournments have been granted for framing of additional issues. The suit is of the year 2007 and is a partition suit.

3. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame to be fixed by this

Court.

4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the suit in O.S. No.52 of 2007.

5. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the Additional Sub Court, Hosur to frame additional issues within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on framing of additional issues, dispose of the suit in O.S.
