ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 23.10.2017 in I.A.No. 945 of 2017 in O.S.No.78/2017, passed by the learned Principal District Munsif at Thirukovilur.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, on 22.02.2018, notice was ordered to the respondents and interim stay was granted for a period of six weeks. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 10.06.2022 and on that day, there was no representation for the learned counsel for the respondent and at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter stood adjourned to 23.06.2022.

3. Today(23.06.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for herein has become infrucutous and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the above submission and the endorsement so made, this Civil Revision Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 23.06.2022 msv To
