COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the appellant states that the appeals are directed against the refusal to grant the interim reliefs under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to "the said Act"). He further submits that O.P.No.61 of 2012 was filed under Section 11 of the said Act, which was dismissed on 20.02.2015 stating that the appellant would approach the Company Court for leave to continue the proceedings under Section 446 of the Companies Act, 1956 in order to prosecute that petition. The learned counsel submits that no leave has been granted till date.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the present appeals are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, all connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
