2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complied with the conditions regularly.

Considering the above submission, this Court is relaxed the conditions imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28713 of 2023 by order dated 08.02.2024, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly twice at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. In all other aspects by order dated 08.02.2024 shall remain unaltered.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
