CR.NO.35 OF 2007 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition completely imposed on the petitioner directing him to appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli on the first working day of every month at 10.30 AM pass in M.P.No.1 of 2012 in Crl.R.C.No.1292 of 2012 order dated 10/12/2012.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.ARUL, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The condition imposed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2012 in Crl.R.C.No.1292 of 2012 by order dated 10.12.2012 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in three months at 10.30.a.m. on the first working day of January, April, July and October until further orders. -sd/- 04/01/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
