(The case has been heard through video conference) This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties pursuant to the orders passed by the Court in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.8588 of 2020 by order dated 12.06.2020 on the file of the Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to Covid-19 lock down, the petitioner was unable to mobilize the funds within the time. Hence, he seeks further time to comply the condition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the bail bond as ordered by this Court, from lifting of lockdown or the commencement of Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
