O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in the order dated 21.02.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.3835 of 2020 in the above Crime No.431 of 2019 on the file of the respondent herein with regard to appearance daily at 10.30 am and at 5.30 p.m for one month thereafter, report daily morning at 10.30 am until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is also over. Hence, the petitioner may be permitted to appear before the respondent police only when he is required for any further investigation.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that from 27.02.2020 to 22.03.2020 the petitioner regularly appeared before the respondent police and from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
04.08.2020 to 21.08.2020 he has not complied with the conditions regularly as imposed by this Court.
4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
