O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 08.09.2022 in W.P.No.24194 of 2022, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with, vide proceedings of the first respondent in Ka.No.1409/P2/PP.1/TN.Apoga/Ko/EM/2023 dated 21.06.2023 and produced a copy of the said proceedings, which is taken on file and recorded.

3. In the light of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is being aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the aforesaid proceedings in the manner known to law.
