The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.5 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent, for the offences under Sections 120B, 406 and 420 IPC, as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that FIR in Crime No.5 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
