ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with by the respondents, through a letter dated 18.12.2023 in Letter No.60794/C2/TB/SETC/2010. A copy of the same has also been produced before this Court.

2. Recording the said submission and the letter dated 18.12.2023, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
