ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondents for committing contempt of Court for wilful disobedience of orders of this Court in Crl.O.P. No.28933 of 2022 dated 24.11.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the direction of this Court dated 24.11.2022 the notice of closure report has not been furnished to him.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that at the end of enquiry, FIR has been registered on the complaint given by the petitioner.

4. The petitioner's endeavor to receive closure report is to file a protest petition in order to initiate appropriate proceedings under Section 156(3) or 200 Cr.P.C.

5. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed. 21.06.2023 bkn 2/3
