This petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police on every 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8645 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5211 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5211 of 2023 dated 05.04.2023 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.8645 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5211 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023 is relaxed.
