O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Land Grabbing No.2 Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai to recall non bailable warrant issued against the Accused-6/Petitioner on 05.04.2022 by considering the petition to recall to be filed the petitioner/Accused in C.C.No.12 of 2022.

2. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that on the date of hearing, due to inadvertence, the petitioner/accused name was not called and he could not show his presence, which results in issuing non bailable warrant. At any event, considering the fact that the non bailable warrant was issued on 05.04.2022, the petitioner is directed to appear and surrender before the Trial Court within a period of week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file the petition for recall of non bailable warrant. On such application https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is filed, the learned Land Grabbing No.2 Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai shall decide the same on merits on the same day.
