This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.5(b) in Crl.O.P.No.21149 of 2023 on 31.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit totally a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.89 of 2023 before the Magistrate concerned and on such deposit, the learned Magistrate may hand over to the defacto complainant. Five weeks time is granted for deposit the said amount. All other conditions remain unaltered.
