This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register an FIR against the persons mentioned in the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 13.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. On a complaint lodged by this petitioner, a case in Crime No.424 of 2015 under Sections 448, 506(i) and 380 IPC., has been registered by the Police against one Appukutti and several others. It is the grievance of the petitioner that, she has named six persons in the complaint, but it is seen that the Police have registered an open FIR., thereby any number of persons can be made as accused, if their names surface during investigation.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and this petition is closed.
