ORDER
The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 30.03.2017, on the ground that due to the medical problem faced by his daughter D.Kavitha, who is mentally retarded, he has made a request to the second respondent to transfer him to Thakkolam Town Panchayat. Accordingly, he was also transferred to the said place on 25.06.2011. While he was
working in the said place, the second respondent by proceedings dated 22.03.2017, again transferred him from Thakkolam to Kanamangalam Town Panchayat on administrative grounds, based on the proceedings dated 17.03.2017 of the first respondent. Subsequently, the third respondent also issued relieving order on 28.03.2017 to the petitioner. Accepting both the transfer and relieving orders, he joined duty at Kanamangalam Town Panchayat on the same day. In the meanwhile he has given a representation on 30.03.2017 stating that every time he has to take her mentally retarded daughter for continuous treatment to the hospital. As his daughter D.Kavitha is unable to speak from her childhood and is now aged about twenty years with 80% disability, however the petitioner is posted in place near by his house it will be easy for him to continue her daughter's treatment.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 3 and 4 sought time to consider the case of the petitioner.
3.This Court, considering the limited prayer, without going to the merits hereby directs the respondents to consider the pending representations of the petitioner on merits and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
