This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 25.07.2016 in CSR.No.201 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.201 of 2016 against one Jayaraj and on the complaint given by one Jayaraj, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.174 of 2016.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to enquire into both the complaints and take action in accordance with law, based on whichever complaint is true. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
