(Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL,J.) The 2nd Respondent has withdrawn the Impugned Notice dated 17.07.2018 and an endorsement has been made to that effect in the Writ Petition by the 2nd Respondent.

2. At this stage, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the present Writ Petition that in view of the withdrawal of the Notice dated 17.07.2018, the Present Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petition, may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the fact that the Impugned Order / Notice dated 17.07.2018 is withdrawn by the 2nd Respondent and also this Court, taking note of the fact that on behalf of the Petitioner an endorsement is made in regard to the withdrawal of the present Writ Petition, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by this Court.
