ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to survey and earmark the boundaries of the Gramanatham land comprised in Old Survey No.122/1 Part and Town Survey No.163 measuring to an extent of 1475 sq.ft., together with building standing thereon situated at Block No.32, Ward: 7(056) Korattur, Ambattur Town and Taluk, Tiruvallur District based on the application dated 18.03.2024.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 18.03.2024 with a request to survey and earmark the boundaries of the the petitioner's property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey and earmarking the boundaries of the Gramanatham land comprised in Old Survey No.122/1 Part and Town Survey No.163 measuring to an extent of 1475 sq.ft., together with building standing thereon situated at Block No.32, Ward: 7(056) Korattur, Ambattur Town and Taluk, Tiruvallur District, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
