Seeking a direction to the first respondent to refer B.Sc Mathematics - Computer Applications of Periyar University to Equvalence Committee to declare the same as equivalent to B.Sc Mathematics, the present writ petition came to be filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs.
