(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice ) Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner.

2. The only submission made during the course of hearing was recorded in para 3 of our order dated 08.04.2015 and our view is reflected in para 4. There was no other aspect urged and it cannot be the case of the applicant/petitioner that now through change of counsel who is making submissions new aspects will be urged. There is no error apparent on the face of the records.
