ORDER
This petition is filed with the prayer for extension of time to comply with the conditions which were mentioned in the IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai by order dated 20.04.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.4528 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10194 of 2022.
2. The petitioner filed Crl.M.P.No.3688 of 2022 before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, in which by an order dated 31.03.2022, bail was granted to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.12 Lakhs to the de facto complainant within a period of four weeks. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a modification petition before this Court, where by order dated 20.04.2022, this Court modified the condition to one of directing to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.6 Lakhs instead of Rs.12 Lakhs and appear weekly once on every Monday before the respondent police. Aggrieved by the order dated 20.04.2022, the petitioner filed Crl.O.P.No.10183 and 10194 of 2022 before this Hon'ble Court, seeking for further modification and extension of time to comply with the condition. This Court, by an order dated 29.04.2022, rejected the modification petition and granted extension of time till 16.05.2022. Now this present petition is filed for further extension of time to comply with the conditions.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as since now the petitioner is being unemployed, the petitioner is unable to comply with the conditions.
5. On perusal of the records, this Court finds that twice the time has been granted to the petitioner to comply with conditions. However, the petitioner has failed to avail the opportunity granted by this Court. In the above stated circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and this Court finds no merits in this petition. Therefore, this petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
