ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP No.18595 of 2025 dated 04.06.2025.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government

Advocate, produced a copy of the proceedings dated 02.06.2026 in Na.Ka.no.2335/E3/2025 wherefrom it is seen that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid proceedings in the manner known to law.
