This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that under the pretext of enquiry the second respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that the second respondent has sent a notice to the petitioner for his appearance before the second respondent for enquiry. Inspite of the same, the petitioner has not appeared for enquiry and co-operated with the investigation.

4. Since notice has been issued to the petitioner, the petitioner shall appear before the second respondent and cooperate with the investigation and the second respondent shall follow the procedure and proceed as per law.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
