This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 213 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the impugned order dated 07.02.2022 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, in Crl.A.No.40 of 2018.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
