(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This intra Court appeal has been directed against the order dated 16.02.2022 made in W.P.No.19252 of 2015.

2. By the impugned order, the writ Court directed the appellants to consider the plea of the respondent job seeker for compassionate appointment.

3. Aggrieved over the same, though this appeal has been preferred, when this appeal is taken up for final hearing, Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants has submitted that, the order of the writ Court has been complied with and in support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the order dated 08.08.2023 passed by the Chief Educational Officer, Salem whereby the respondent / writ petitioner has been directed to be appointed on compassionate ground.

4. In view of the said compliance having been made, no further adjudication is required in this appeal.

5. Recording the same, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
