ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to release the sale deed dated 11.01.2024 registered as pending Doc.No.P5/2024 executed in respect of undivided 39 cents out of 2.81 Acres in R.S.Nos.265/5, 266/3, 266/4, Chinnasalem Village, Kallakurichi District.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that when the petitioner presented a sale deed for registration, the third respondent has given objection opposing the registration. On the basis of such objection, though enquiry had been conducted, no order has been passed. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Merely on the basis of the objection raised by a third party, the document cannot be kept pending. In such view of the matter, there shall be a 2/4

direction to the second respondent to release the sale deed dated 11.01.2024 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. It is for the third respondent to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
