O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a mandamus, forbearing the respondents from in any manner interfering with the petitioner's hereditary trusteeship of Sri Pachavannar and Pavalavannar Swamy Temple, situated in Kancheepuram District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the communication dated 14.08.2018 issued by the second respondent, the petitioner appeared for enquiry on 30.08.2018, during the course of which, she requested to furnish the copies of the alleged complaints, so as to put forth her case. However, the same was not furnished. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on the other hand, submitted that the second respondent would furnish the documents sought for by the petitioner, if she appears for enquiry.

4. In order to give quietus to the issue involved herein, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the second respondent on 27.09.2018 at 10.30 a.m., on which date, the second respondent shall produce all necessary documents and thereafter complete the enquiry.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
