The matter is listed today under the caption for being mentioned.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this Court vide order dated 21.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12720 of 2020 had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners. He would submit that some inadvertent mistake has crept in the order. The 3rd petitioner namely Muniyammal is a lady whereas, in the order copy it is wrongly mentioned as "S/o.Duraisamy instead of "W/o.Duraisamy". Hence, he seeks for appropriate orders.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the 3rd petitioner's name i.e. Muniyammal, in the cause title of the order in Crl.O.P.No.12720 of 2020 dated 21.08.2020 shall be read follows;

"3. Muniyammal W/o.Duraisamy"

4.Further, two weeks time is extended from the date on which the order copy is made ready, to comply with the conditions. 30.04.2021 ksa-2 Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order and issue a fresh order copy.
