Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to (i) relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in the order dated 26.07.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.9281 of 2017 in Crl.MP.No.9845 of 2016 in C.A.No.699 of 2016. [IN CRL.MP.NO.16633 OF 2017 ] (ii) relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in the order dated 04.09.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.11078 of 2017 in C.A.No.696 of 2016.[IN CRL.MP.NO.16678 OF 2017 ] (iii) relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in the order dated 16.09.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.9793 of 2016 in C.A.No.695 of 2016. [IN CRL.MP.NO.16680 OF 2017 ] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.NALLIYAPPAN Advocate for the petitioner [ IN ALL THE PETITIONS ]and of MR.T.ARUL, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE [CRL.

SIDE] on behalf of the Respondent [ IN ALL THE PETITIONS ]the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.V.Arul, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

This Court, considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to the effect that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly, is inclined to allow the above petitions.

Accordingly, the miscellaneous petitions seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed by this Court, are hereby ordered and the conditions are totally relaxed.
