BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.6736 of 2022 IN CRL OP.3148/2022 R.D.SANTHANAKRISHNAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP.BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, CBCID CYBER CRIME, CHENNAI (CRIME NO.13/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should report before the investigation officer once in a week i.e on Every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3907 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3148 of 2022 by order dated 25/03/2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.RAGHUNATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.DAMODARAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3907 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 3148 of 2022 on 25.03.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
