It is stated that steps have been taken by D2 and D3 to lease out a portion of the land in Andhra Pradesh for erection of cell phone tower. If ever any such steps are taken, the plaintiffs will also be entitled to a share in the rent from leasing out land to said cell phone tower if at all it is put up.
