3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as 2/5

the learned Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents. 4.The petitioner has filed this petition stating that her son, who is the detenue, suffered fracture in the hand and surgery needs to be done. However, the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondy) appearing for the respondents would submit that the detenue is properly treated in Jipmer hospital, Puducherry. 5.In view of the above said submissions, the reason stated by the petitioner is not a ground for fixing an early date for hearing H.C.P.No.897 of 2020. Therefore, this petition stands dismissed.
