ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.04.2022 for the alleged offence under Section 20(2) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 read with 328 of I.P.C in Crime No.65 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has been detained under the Goondas Act on 17.05.2022 by the District Collector, Perambalur in Crl.M.P.No.19 of 2022. The Detention Order has also been served to the petitioner on 18.05.2022.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
