ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take necessary prosecution action against the 4th and 5th respondent as per the representation dated 02.05.2018 made by the petitioner herein.

2. On a reading of the petition it appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent in connection with the election to the Sirukudal Milk Producers Cooperate Society Ltd.

3. In such perspective of the matter, no direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be issued in view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd. Vs. The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J-2 Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-20.
