The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 4th respondent to complete the enquiry on the representation of the petitioner as directed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings dated 16.02.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the application filed by petitioner before the 4th respondent for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner is pending for adjudication. It is contented that the enquiry is in progress.
3. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that no civil case is pending before any Civil Court and therefore, there is no impediment for the Tahsildar to consider the application and pass final orders. Thus, the 4th respondent is directed to expedite the process of enquiry and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
