The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Subordinate Judge, Bhavani, to dispose of HMOP.No.121 of 2023 expeditiously 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Pursuant to my order dated 06.06.2025, the Sub Judge, Bhavani, has 1/4
filed a report stating that she has taken charge of the Court only in the first week of May 2025 and seeks six months time to dispose of the HMOP. 4.Considering the limited relief sought for, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. In view of the above, the Subordinate Judge, Bhavani, is directed to dispose of HMOP.No.121 of 2023, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously, at any rate on or before 31.12.2025. 5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
