O R D E R

Though the review application has been filed to review the judgment passed in CMA.No.182/2015 on 30.01.2015, by which this Court dismissed the appeal filed by the review petitioner, challenging the award of Rs.15,90,930/- to the respondents/claimants, it is submitted by Mrs.Sreevidya, learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner that the amount has been deposited by the review petitioner before the Tribunal and the same has also been withdrawn by the respondents/beneficiaries.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the review petitioner, nothing survives in this review application. Further, the learned counsel for the review petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the review application and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, this review application is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
