ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court by disobeying the order of this Court dated 03.08.2018 made in W.P.No.21241 of 2017.
2. It is stated by the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents that the order of the Writ Court, against which the present contempt petition has been filed, has been appealed before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court by the respondents in W.A.No.167 of 2020 and by order dated 03.02.2020, the writ appeal was allowed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the orders passed in the Writ Appeal was against them. Hence, the present contempt petition filed against the original writ petition, cannot be sustained.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present contempt petition stands closed.
