CRIME NO.266 OF 2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m until further orders" passed in Crl.O.P.No.899/2022 dated 21/01/2022 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the above facts and circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SANTOSH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.899 of 2022 on 21.01.2022 to appear before the repsondent Police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigation Officer as and when required for interrogation.
