2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

It is seen that for the same incident, on the complaint given by Govindammal, the mother of this petitioner, the Inspector of Police, Sunguvarchatram Police Station have registered a case in Crime No.468 of 2016 for offences under Section 147, 448, 294[b], 323, 324, 336 and 506[ii] IPC https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002 against eight accused, including Alamelu, who is the wife of the petitioner. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
