ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no longer a President of Senji Village Panchayat. Further, a perusal of the impugned order would show that it is only a show cause notice issued by the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent dated 18.09.2014. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same stands dismissed.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that if the allegations are proved then it might involve financial implication qua the liability of the petitioner. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass a final order after affording an opportunity to the petitioner, as the impugned order is only a show cause notice. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
