Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent issued in Na.Mu.27972/2021/B2, dated 16.11.2022, quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to delete the erroneous classification made in the Revenue records in respect of land measuring about 13.66 acres in Survey No.24 of Marandahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District and issue patta to the petitioners.
