Mr.Muniapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor made a submission that the detenue herself has given a statement on 17.03.2022 before the Sub-Inspector of Police, Arani Town Police Station stating that she is not in the illegal custody of any person and she has voluntarily joined the 2nd respondent. 2. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has chosen to withdraw the petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
