(CR.NO.224/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner for appearing before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am until further orders by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.5617 of 2022 dated 11/03/2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SELVARAJU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR,Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5617 of 2022 on 11.03.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
