ORDER

This application is filed praying to accept the translated version of the certified copy of the original Will, done in English and filed in this case.

2. According to the applicants, they are the beneficiaries of the Will 1 / 3

executed by the testatrix on 16.02.2001. The Will was executed in Tamil language and therefore, they wanted to produce the English translated copy of the Will.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the main petition, if it is otherwise in order.
