C.M.P.No.10278 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.54602 of 2023 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 271 days in filing the above C.M.A.SR.No.54602 of 2023. 2.Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of second respondent.

3.Notice to the first respondent dispensed with vide endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant. 4.The learned counsel for the second respondent fairly submits that she has no serious objection to the delay of 271 days being condoned.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, the delay of 271 days is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall not be entitled interest for the delay period of 271 days.

6. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

Registry is further directed to print the name of the second respondent counsel at the time of admission. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
