Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4397 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1530/2021 by order dated 08.04.2021 directing the Petitioner to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and pass such further or other orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.C.KARL MARX, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.PRATAP,Govt.Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4394 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1530 of 2021 dated 08.04.2021 passed by this Court.

2. This Court, vide order dated 08.04.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This Court is of the opinion that on an earlier occasion, the condition for appearance of the petitioner before the respondent Police, has been relaxed vide Crl.M.P.No.7108 of 2021 dated 08.04.2021 by directing him to appear before the respondent Police once in a month and therefore, no further relaxation of condition can be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
