(CRIME NO.198/2014) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that "the Petitioner shall report before the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town Court, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders passed in CRL.OP.NO.7082/2022 dated 30/03/2022 and pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SANTOSH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7082 of 2022 dated 30.03.2022 to appear before the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town Court, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
