Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating officer daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.NO.6292/2022 dated 18.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.GOPALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.DAMODARAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6292 of 2022 on 18.03.2022 to appear before the Investigation Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
